Human Resources

The Human Resources Internship was created in the 2018-2019 school year to assist in the management of intern selection, training, and professional development. Human Resources Interns help onboard new interns, develop procedures and policies for the internship program, develop and lead weekly discussions on career development, answering intern questions about job interview processes, and compiling LinkedIn profiles and resumes of interns.

Prospective Human Resources Interns should have strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, experience working in a dynamic team environment, a desire to cultivate and manage a diverse workplace, and a desire to help others grow professionally.
